Kanye's New Toy Fixed gear
Ok, some more information concerning Kanye's newly purchased totally rad and trendy as hell Tarck Bike has surfaced on teh webforumz. Here the pics as proof and some best bits from the discussion on bikeforums.net:'Luke at BrooklynMachineWorks also told me that a friend had it build for Kanye. He custom ordered a color, just like everyone else can, and had to wait for his to be ready, just like everyone else. No special treatment, he had to wait just like you and me.'

Purple hubs
We just got our first pair of the LE Phil Wood 3.5 Track hubs in today. The hubs are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and it is making me that much more excited for the Gold Plated jammers to drop. Each hubset is laser engraved with the serial number and also comes with a Dog Tag including the number out of how many made, serial number, color, and on the reverse the signature of the Designer, Engineer, Machinist, and Assembler of the hubs. We are 1 out of a handful of shops in the world lucky enough to get some of these amazing hubs, so shoot us an email if you are interested in getting a pair.

Cog Fixed Gear
White Industries Track Hubs & N
Couple of days ago I enlightened you about Sugino's new cog system. After that Tuukka (thanks!) brought to my attention the White Industries' somewhat similar system, as pictured. Along with their new track hubs they've come up with their own splined cog carrier system, which at least to me resembles more or less Miche's and Sugino's similar inventions.
Apparently their new design includes a "Tool-less proprietary cog attachment", and even better, "...the fixed gear interface is our spline design which eliminates the issue of stripped cogs."
I guess I'm a traditionalist because I'm not so sure about what's so special their new system.I still prefer the rotafixa method and my good old chainwhip/lockring spanner tool. On the other hand I don't swap cogs that often anyway since I prefer double fixed hubs.
But White Industries hubs are not very affordable either with a price tag of 259 bucks. Personally I'd much rather fork out my hard earned cash for some Dura-Ace, Phil Wood, or even better, the new Profile Racing fixed hubs which are all more or less in the same price range.

Cog Fixed นี้ก็ถือว่าเป็นส่วนสำคัญของ Fixed Gear เหมือนกันครับ ตัว Cog Fixed มันจะไม่สามารถที่จะฟรีได้นะครับมันจะเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันไปเลย ดูได้ตามรูปครับจะใช้ทั้งทีก็เอาที่มีความทนทานหน่อยก็ดีนะครับจะได้ไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนบ่อยๆ

Incase messenger bag
Removable hip-pack, skateboard holder, cellphone pocket, pump jammer, u-lock spot and the list goes on. I just got one of these yesterday so I can't really vouch for it's functionality just yet but for the most part it looks 100 times better than the OG Nylon Incase Messenger Bag. If you can't afford the HUF or DQM Jammers just give it a week or two and the plain black Skate Messenger will be available for a little less.
